TELLING COKE TO CLEAN UP ITS ACT:
The Jobs With Justice organization who have been building coalitions between labour, community and religious organizations for 20 years have launched a campaign to pressure the Coca Cola Corp. to "clean up its act". Across the world Coke has become known as a major corporate polluter, as an employer who allows death squads in Columbia to murder pro-union workers and as the defendant in a $192 million dollar racial discrimination suit in the USA- they lost the case and had to pay. Now Coke's restructuring could eliminate thousands of jobs. To join the campaign to pressure Coke on these and other issues go to http://www.unionvoice.org/campaign/cocacola.jwj .
